Terms and Ñonditions

1.Rates for Individual Guests

1.1. All rates are guoted in Russian Rubles (RUR), inclusive of VAT, towels and bedding, heating, electricity, water, and local telephone calls.
1.2. Rates are exclusive of Russian visa support, Russian visa registration, transfers (additional services)

2.Payment Terms for Individual Travellers

2.1. Accommodation must be prepaid when booking. The sum of deposit payable for each reservation is equal to 1 night’s accomodation per chosen apartment. Payment Options
2.2. Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you have read the property description, and you are aware of your own rights and obligations as well as you implement the Company's policy in terms of apartments' reservation, cancellation and payment issues
2.3. For vacation apartments, the Client is responsible for the keys whilst they are in the Client's possession and for their safe return to the Company. A deposit of one night's accommodation fees is required at the time of key receipt as a security deposit for loss of keys or damage to the premises.
2.4. A deposit is required to cover the cost of damage/ breakages as stated in clause 2.3. The deposit will be returned to the Client on the Client's departure, less any amount in respect of damage/breakages or untimely key return.
2.5. A full sum for accomodation is to be paid on the day of arrival in cash either to the apartment owner or a Company’s representative. This sum of money is not returned if the client shortens the period of stay.

3.Cancellation Policy

3.1. Written notice of cancellation must be received from the Client by the Company for cancellation to be executed.
3.2. Cancellation made by the Client prior the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit.
3.3. No-shows will also be charged one night’s accomodation.
3.4. In case of cancellation made by the Company the deposit will be refunded.

4. Other Terms & Conditions

4.1.Check-in: from 1.00 p.m. Check-out: by 12.00 p.m.
4.2. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and will be subject to a charge.
4.3. All the apartments suggested to the Client as accommodation variants are available at the time of request. Until the booking is made these apartments are considered to be vacant and therefore may be rented by other Clients.
4.4. All visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner, which is acceptable to both the local management company, and to fellow visitors. Disruptive behavior caused by loud music and/or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this request will result in the Client being ejected from the property without notice. The Client understands and accepts this.
4.5. The property is reserved only for the number of people stated in the reservation form. Extra persons are allowed only with the COMPANY's permission. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all his or her documentation is in order. Please check it carefully. There may be an extra charge if the number of people staying at the property exceeds
4.6. In addition and without limitation, the COMPANY is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.
4.7. The apartment is booked for normal holiday or business travel use only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated on the COMPANY's site, unless prior permission is given for a baby cot or similar. Pets/animals are not allowed except by prior consent of the owners/operators. The Client should please ensure that on vacating the property or hotel the accommodation is left as the Client found it, clean and tidy, removing all personal belongings, food, groceries, refuse/rubbish.
