After receiving the booking confirmation, you will be provided with the option to make payment via our website as well as given the payment options listed below.
Payment for visa support and/or prepayment for the first night's accommodation (as a deposit) is to be made by credit card, Western Union, Bank transfer or cash at the time of booking.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, STB and Diners Club by fax or through our website.
Please, note that there is a 3,5% bank transaction fee applied to all credit card charges.
If you want to pay by fax, we e-mail you a credit card authorization form. Please fill it in block letters and fax it to the following number: 007 812 716 00 30
Your credit card information is strictly confidential. All of your personal information is stored in our off-line database and is only accessed for the purposes of future online reservations.
Payment through our wesite
On-line Payment by credit card is executed with the protected protocols of system of electronic payments - Assist.ru.
Safety of payments is provided with the usage of SSL transfer protocol of the confidential information from the client to a server of Assist system for the further processing. The further transfer of the information is carried out by the closed bank networks.
The processing of the received confidential data of the client (requisites of a card, registration data, etc.) is made in the processing center. Thus, nobody, even the seller can get personal and bank data of the client, including the information of his purchase made in other shops.

If you prefer to pay for apartment reservation or any other of the provided services via Western Union, please make payment to the following name: Repina Anna Urevna or Dranishnikova Evgeniya Vladimirovna
At the time of payment please e-mail us the following information:
- sender name and surname;
- amount sent;
- city and country where the payment was made from;
- 10 security digit code.

BANK TRANSFERS
Ask for our bank account details if you wish to use this option. No additional charges involved.

PAYMENT IN CASH

You can pay cash in our office in St.Petersburg. Chkalovsky prospekt, 15/2 3th floor
Our office only accepts Russian roubles. There are many ATM machines near our office so receiving cash while in Russia should not be a problem

We do not accept Traveler’s checks.
